WHO – Handbook for Developing a Public Health Emergency Operations Centre

The Handbook for developing a public health emergency operations centre (“ the handbook”) was prepared by WHO’s Health Emergencies Programme. The handbook is the result of several years’ efforts by WHO and its Public Health Emergency Operations Centre Network (EOC-NET) partners.
